Issues: Appeal against undefended hearing
We acted for the husband in a complex property division matter against our client’s wife. The wife had previously filed to have the matter heard on an undefended basis and at first instance, the order was made. We appealed on behalf of our client and ultimately the orders sought by our client’s wife was overturned.
