Issues: Debt Recovery and Winding-up of company
We acted for a company whom instructed us to commence winding-up proceedings against another company due to unpaid monies. The latter company applied to the court to have the winding-up terminated. The company was forced to produce a cheque to pay off its debt to our client in full and pay our client’s legal costs incurred, so the winding-up was terminated up on our consent.
