• If you are thinking of marrying your partner but wish to enter into a pre-nuptial agreement, we can draft up such documents to your specification. Additionally, should you wish to enter into a financial agreement when you are already married, we can also provide advice and draft the appropriate documents.
• Sometimes family law matters cannot be resolved amicably and you may find yourself a respondent of a family law proceeding. We are fully qualified and have the experience to defend you in the Family Court of Australia in family law matters from the beginning to final hearing.
• People have many reasons as to why they might need to initate a family law proceeding against another party and the reasons may be urgent. We are experienced in representing applicants in family law matters, including making urgent, ex parte applications.
