Issues: Statutory Demand
We acted for a client who instructed us to issue a statutory demand against the company that owed money to it. The debtor company applied to the court saying that there was an offset claim and that it rightfully withheld money from our client. The court disagreed with the application and our statutory demand successed in the challenge from the debtor company.
