We acted for a mother and son who had bought a property in Australia under the son’s name. The mother was previously married to a man in Australia. The first wife of the our client’s ex-husband filed a famliy court application against the ex-husband and against our clients. Ultimately the first wife’s application against our client was dismissed by the court.
